About Shanna Wozny

Enchantée, I’m Shanna Wozny.
I’m the founder of Belle Chambre Fineries, a curated collection of French Antiques, original Art, vintage decor, reimagined upholstery & beautiful pieces collected from all over the world.
My love of interiors started early. I studied interior design and creative writing, and while I was in college, I had the opportunity to intern with a designer showroom catering to the trade. That experience shaped so much of what I still love today — beautiful textiles, exceptional fabrics, well-made furniture and the details that make a room feel special. I learned an incredible amount there, and it gave me an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship that still influences the way I source and style Belle Chambre Fineries.
I spent much of my adult life in corporate sales, but it never really fed my creativity. Eventually, I decided to take a chance on myself and build Belle Chambre Fineries around the things I genuinely love — French Antiques, beautiful fabrics, pretty plates, Art and travel.
Today, Belle Chambre Fineries is home to French sideboards, Louis Philippe commodes, original Art, textiles, vintage pieces and reimagined upholstery. Belle Chambre means “beautiful room,” and that idea still guides everything I choose — pieces that make a room feel personal, layered and livable.
I grew up in the south, and I’ve always been drawn to the country, which is part of what I love about The French Kiss, our little showroom in Rutersville, just outside of Round Top, Texas. It sits right along the main road, but the property opens up behind it to wide Texas land, cows and all. Inside, it’s layered with French Antiques, Art, textiles and upholstery in a way that feels collected, comfortable and a little unexpected.
Travel is a huge part of what inspires me, especially time spent in France and the Netherlands. My husband, Nick, and I love Art and will go to great lengths to visit museums, historic homes and places with incredible architecture. I’m equally happy wandering a flea market, looking at Antiques, textiles, ceramics and all the little details that make a place memorable. I’m inspired by the expected and unexpected—even the color, presentation and beauty of the cuisine.
When I’m not sourcing, styling or moving something that was perfectly fine where it was five minutes earlier, I’m with Nick, our sons, Will and Brody, and our dogs, Gus & Bailey.
I’m so happy you’re here.
À bientôt,
Shanna
